This new village in Frankton, Hamilton will one day have 795 properties. JMM was contracted by CBD Developments to install a total of 2110m2 of insulation into a large-scale ten-apartment building with three commercial tenancies.
Our team installed Pinkbatts, James Hardie mineral insulation, Earthwool, and Greenstuff ASL panel absorber which were fixed into place with Hilti gun/ pins.
Following the success of this job, JMM Insulation has been contracted to do the second stage of installation of 35 apartments and 10 commercial tenants from June.
